  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Outside Sales, Technical, and other internal teams to provide a coordinated customer experience.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of service throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales, opportunity, and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory for customer meetings, demonstrations, and sales activities.
  • Complete occasional overnight travel when required.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong customer relationship and account-management skills.
  • A genuine interest in understanding customers’ businesses, workflows, and operational challenges.
  • Previous sales, account-management, business-development, or customer-service experience.
  • A commercial mindset and strong motivation to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • The ability to uncover customer needs through effective questioning, research, and active listening.
  • Confidence conducting outbound sales activity and leading customer conversations by telephone, email, virtually, and in person.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships across Sales, Customer Service, Technical, and other internal teams.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • The ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and complete occasional overnight trips.
  • A valid driver’s licence and a driving record that meets applicable company requirements.
  • Experience using CRM and business-productivity systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office, or similar platforms.
  • Preferred, but not required: Field experience involving underground infrastructure.
  • Preferred, but not required: Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort learning technical equipment.
  • Preferred, but not required: Experience selling or supporting pipe and cable locating or camera inspection equipment.
