Account Operations Specialist

The Account Operations Specialist is part of the Sales Operations team, working with strategic Partner Accounts, and internal teams, covering Retail, Reseller, and Distribution channels. It is a reactive and escalation-focused role, stepping in only when issues arise for high-value accounts.

You act as a neutral point of contact, balancing the needs of both company and partner to drive fast and fair resolutions. Your focus is on partner experience, operational issue resolution, and clear communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support leasing and contract lifecycle: asset tracking, invoicing, early returns, end-of-lease
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues; direct internal teams accordingly
• Maintain regular contact with Vendor/General Managers; hold monthly partner update calls
• Communicate program/policy changes, track partner performance, ensure alignment

Partner Experience & Feedback

• Monitor and follow up on partner satisfaction surveys
• Identify and close feedback loops to improve operational efficiency
• Drive actions that enhance the overall partner experience.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Fluent in English

• At least 3 years in a similar role (Account Operations, Data Analyst, etc)

• Excellent reporting skills, advanced use of MS Office Excel functions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Customer relationship management

• Negotiation and influencing skills
