Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a high school football coach, an experience that shaped my approach to leadership, accountability, and teamwork. I'm a proud Texas A&M graduate, married with three grown children and three grandchildren, and enjoy golfing and hunting in my free time.
Giving back is important to our agency. We're involved with Rotary and enjoy supporting our local schools, Chamber of Commerce, and other community initiatives.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Brian Lane - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Manage time to meet call, text, and sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Able to anticipate customer needs.
- Able to effectively relate to customers.
- Currently licensed applicants preferred.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
