Accountancy Supervisor - RA

Salary range: €70,000 - €106,000 gross per year, including 13th month and holiday pay

We are looking for a Toezichthouder Accountancy – (RA) to supervise the quality of statutory audits and the quality management systems within accountancy firms.

You will work closely with colleagues from different disciplines and engage with accountancy organisations and stakeholders such as the NBA and SRA.

What you bring:

• RA qualification and at least 4 years of experience in financial auditing

• Experience working within an accountancy organisation

• Relevant experience assessing quality management systems within accountancy organisations, for example through an accountancy, risk, or compliance role

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex issues

• Excellent written and spoken Dutch communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in situations involving resistance or conflicting interests

• A proactive, curious, and results-oriented approach
