Job highlight: Flexible working environment (Hybrid /WFH) UK MNC Company 5 working days: 8.30am-5.30pm Office: Shah Alam, Selangor Responsibilities: Key finance role in based in Malaysia responsible for finance function of Malaysia and Thailand. This role reports to Finance Lead, South-East Asia. Accurate and timely completion of finance related deliverables (including but not limited to budget, forecast, audit, tax, company secretarial and bank administration) in compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements Responsible for Malaysia office administration, capital expenditure and communication with government agencies/departments Responsible for all aspect of finance related matters managed by Malaysia Supported by 3 account executives from share service team Work with business teams on insights into performance of business unit against budget and forecast Leverage insights to provide Finance leadership and guidance to business teams Mentor, coach and develop Finance team Requirements: Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 6 years experience with the MNCs and audit Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across different levels in organization Knowledge of Accpac/Sage 300/RPA is preferred Highly analytical thought process in order to adapt to an evolving business Advance Excel skills are required
