We are looking for an Accounant to join our Accounting Department.

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Additionally, it contributes to the continuous enhancement of accounting processes through the effective use of automation and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full P2P cycle, from purchase requisition through to vendor payment.
• Process and validate supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with policies.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable balances and vendor statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP (IFRS) and relevant tax regulations.
• Provide support during annual statutory and tax audits.
• Support the continuous improvement and simplification of accounting processes.
• Participate in transformation and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
• Handle ad hoc financial requests across all departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Solid command of English language, both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel
• SAP experience (Nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Greek GAAP and IFRS.
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA) will be considered an asset
