Who we think you are

  • You have a few years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role, together with a strong fundamental understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.

  • Relevant higher education in business administration, accounting or finance is preferred. Relevant work experience may compensate for formal education. You also have experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.

  • You are structured and detail-oriented, enjoy working with recurring accounting tasks and clear processes, and take ownership of following up matters across the organisation.

  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system is an advantage. You are comfortable learning and working within established finance systems and processes.

  • You will be our go-to colleague on local accounting regulations and documentation. To succeed in this, you should feel comfortable and confident working and communicating in both Norwegian and English.

  • Experience with month-end close or financial reporting is an advantage.

  • Experience with VAT, payroll, other statutory taxes or international companies is beneficial, but not required.

Team

  • You will join Aize's Finance team and report to the Head of Accounting.

  • You will work closely with the Sales team and other commercial functions to ensure that billing information, contracts and invoicing schedules are followed up and invoices are issued accurately and on time.

  • You will collaborate with colleagues and external partners across companies and countries in Norway, the UK and the US, as well as in other countries as we expand.

Grounded, human, and unstoppable are the values that guide our day-to-day. If that aligns with how you like to work, we’d love to hear from you🚀
