Description PRABHAT NGO is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Angul. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations Process invoices, receipts, and payments Assist with audits and tax preparations Monitor and reconcile bank statements Provide support for financial decision-making Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with accounting software is a plus A passion for civic and social causes
