Responsibilities: Daily update of the accounting records for the group of Companies. Verify the accuracy of data and data processing of accounting and bookkeeping-related information. Execute and record payment/bank transactions and ensuring they are accurately reflected in the accounting records. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles. Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties. Preparation of VAT returns. Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Requirements: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in the Financial, Banking or FX industry will be considered as an advantage. Knowledge of SAP accounting software will be considered as an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Team member with the ability to cooperate with multiple parties. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and tight deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Legally authorized to work in Cyprus (CY or EU nationals).
