Accountant (General Ledger)- (JOB MSE)

Location: Onsite - Vertis North, Corporate Center Tower 3 Quezon City

Upon regularization: Hybrid

Work setup: Midshift | 3:00PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday

Budget: PHP 59,000 + Php 6,000

Job description:

● Must have a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree with a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in general accounting and/or audit, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing

● Demonstrated success managing month-end close activities, preparing journal entries and performing complex balance sheet reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and deliver effective resolutions.

● Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle or SAP, with the ability to understand transaction flows into the general ledger.

● Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

● Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

● Experience supporting multinational or global business operations.

● Experience working in a large, fast-paced multinational organization with exposure to complex accounting operations are preferred.

● Knowledge of process improvement, workflow documentation and financial controls within a shared services or complex accounting environment.
