Finance Support Officer/Accountant Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Role Overview: The Financial Support Officer / Accountant (Mid-Level) is responsible for providing financial and accounting support to ensure accurate financial reporting, project cost monitoring, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and compliance with company policies. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare and maintain financial records. Process accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts. Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking. Prepare monthly financial reports. Support payroll processing. Prepare invoices and monitor client payments. Assist with audits and statutory reporting. Maintain financial documentation and filing systems. Support procurement and contract payment processes. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 3–5 years' accounting or finance experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong analytical and communication skills.
