Accounting Analyst Responsible for accounting operations, tax compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance across the business. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Prepare monthly financial reports and support financial closing activities. Coordinate and collaborate with Shared Services teams on accounting processes. Review and oversee the monthly intercompany settlement process. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial legislation. Support internal and external audit activities and provide required documentation. Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and accounting-related projects. What we’re looking for A proven track record in accounting and financial reporting, including account reconciliations and tax compliance (VAT, withholding taxes). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Excellent skills in SAP S/4HANA (FI & MM modules) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis). Strong competencies in financial analysis and problem-solving, with a collaborative approach across Shared Services and cross-functional teams .Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
