The GL Accounting Analyst supports the finance team by assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing dataentry tasks. Applies a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Contributes to the overall efficiency of the accounting department while gaining hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance. What will you do: • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Prepares the reconciliations of accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data. • Prepares financial data and reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency. • Supports the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary documentation and preparing journal entries.
