Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Key Responsibilities: - System Migration & Finance Transformation Support ERP implementation, system migration, and finance transformation initiatives. Participate in finance process design workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Assist in data migration activities, including validation of master data, opening balances, and historical transactions. Perform data reconciliation between legacy and target systems to ensure completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with project teams, IT, and business stakeholders during system deployment activities. Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts for finance processes. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities. Validate end-to-end accounting transactions and financial reporting outputs. Identify, document, and track system defects and follow up on issue resolution. Ensure testing documentation is completed and maintained according to project requirements. Fixed Assets Accounting Handle Fixed Assets accounting activities, including asset creation, capitalization, transfers, disposals, and depreciation. Maintain asset master data and ensure accuracy of fixed asset records. Reconcile Fixed Asset subledger to General Ledger balances and investigate discrepancies. Support fixed asset audits and physical verification activities. Participate in fixed asset data migration and validation during ERP implementation projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards related to fixed assets. Expectation:- The incumbent is responsible for the integrity of the property, plant, and equipment records and processes through the ongoing maintenance of the asset register and implementation of procedures, work instructions, and training programs for site management, finance, and project engineers. The position is expected to act independently and with minimal supervision, liaising directly with local and remote site management, finance, and project engineers, in maintaining the framework in which the processes operate, providing reporting and advice, and working with local management to resolve any issues as they arise. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Essential Requirements: Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/CPA/CA) Minimum 2-3 years working experience in fixed asset accounting or relevant field. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized/ERP accounting software; knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage. A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient in English and Korean.
