Accounting & Business Advisor - Redovisningskonsult och affärsrådgivare

We're looking for an Accounting & Business Advisor to join Firmally.

Firmally is an authorized accounting firm offering accounting, payroll, HR, and advisory services to businesses in Finland and internationally. As we continue to grow and develop our business, we're looking for an experienced accounting professional who wants to combine hands-on accounting with advisory work, long-term client relationships, and business development.

You'll work with more complex client portfolios and be responsible for accounting, financial statements, reporting, and advisory services. You'll get to know your clients' businesses, identify their needs and development opportunities, and make sure they receive the right support. Initially, around 70% of the role will focus on hands-on accounting, consulting, and client work, while around 30% will focus on client relationships, networking, and business development. You'll meet potential new clients, understand their needs, and participate in preparing proposals. As our client base grows, the role is expected to develop towards more advisory work, client relationships, and business development.

We're looking for someone with several years of experience in accounting and a broad understanding of financial administration. You're comfortable managing more complex client portfolios independently, enjoy meeting clients, and take a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work. Experience in building a client base, developing a business, or helping establish operations in a new location or market is considered an advantage. We work extensively with Fivaldi and Netvisor, as well as directly in our clients' own systems. You should be able to communicate professionally in Swedish and Finnish and work in English. We particularly value a connection to Vaasa and Ostrobothnia and an interest in building long-term relationships in the region.

The position starts as a remote role but may transition to hybrid work as the business develops. The base salary for the position is €4,000–€5,000 per month, depending on your experience, expertise, and the level of responsibility you can take on from the start. For candidates with documented experience in building client relationships or developing business in a new market, we are open to discussing a broader level of responsibility. In addition to the base salary, we offer a performance-based bonus.
