About the Role: As an Accounting Consultant , you'll play a key role in supporting clients across industries, maintaining accurate financials, analyzing budgets, and helping businesses make smart decisions. Working under the guidance of a Senior Consultant, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and industries, all while collaborating with top-tier financial professionals. What You’ll Do: Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity Forecast short-term cash needs Enter monthly journal entries Support third-party audits and reviews Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines What You’ll Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Organizational/analytical skills Microsoft Excel familiarity Ability to perform account reconciliations Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) Software Accounting experience a plus Positive attitude and team player Ability to multi-task, and prioritize “big ticket items” Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in team environment Active listening and problem-solving skills Why You’ll Love Working with Us: At 512Financial , you’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused consultancy where no two days look the same and your impact truly matters.
