Accounting Consultant Legal Address - Grand Prairie, TX 75052 Apply Overview Position Type Part Time Job Shift Any Apply Description Overview Bolder Adventure Park is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience while working directly with the Owner and CEO. The Accounting Intern will support weekly financial and operational reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting-related projects. Key Responsibilities · Update and maintain weekly financial reports, including: Sales reports Labor reports Marketing data summaries · Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations. · Assist with general accounting tasks in QuickBooks Online. · Build and refine data-driven reports in Microsoft Excel, utilizing: Pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas SUMIF formulas Other advanced reporting functions. · Support special accounting projects and analysis as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with proven ability to build, analyze, and present data-driven reports. · Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. · Experience or coursework with QuickBooks Online preferred. · Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. · Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. · Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy.
