Key Responsibilities Deliver online accounting diploma courses according to the approved curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and training materials. Teach both theoretical and practical accounting using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Assess learners, provide feedback, and monitor attendance and performance. Support learners through academic guidance and mentoring. Prepare academic reports and maintain training records. Contribute to curriculum and training material development. Use e-learning platforms (e.g., FAACT) and comply with academic quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred). Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is an advantage. Experience Minimum 3 years of teaching or training experience. At least 2 years of practical accounting, auditing, or Zakat & Tax experience. Experience with online training and accounting systems is preferred. Skills Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi Zakat & Tax regulations. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and online training skills. Ability to use accounting software and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 90%+ learner satisfaction. 100% curriculum completion. Timely assessment and reporting. Strong learner success and engagement rates.
