Duties and Responsibilities Payment Monitoring and Processing for Reinsurers / Ceding Companies Oversees facultative accounts due within the month, with particular attention to those covered by Premium Payment Warranty. Manages accounting functions for non-proportional treaty accounts. Reviews, reconciles, and analyzes Statements of Account (S/A) received from reinsurers and confirms balances accordingly. Prepares monthly reports reflecting the net position of reinsurance balances. Billing and Collection of Reinsurance Receivables Handles cash calls from reinsurers and coordinates with claims officers from relevant departments to verify issues such as incomplete documentation or requests for payment deferment. Maintains up-to-date records of confirmed Statements of Account, official receipts, cash vouchers, loss advices, and other related documents. Regularly follows up on outstanding cash calls and facultative premium payments. Report Preparation Prepares required reports and schedules for outward facultative reinsurance, including insurance commission reports. Qualifications: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any Account related courses. - Preferably with 3-5 years experience in Reinsurance Accounting; - CPA would be an advantage (Open for non-CPA) Location: Makati Work set-up: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
