Now we have an opening for an Accounting Manager who will join our International Accounting group.

Responsibilities:

• Full accounting and internal reporting for companies (currently Latvia, Cyprus, the UK, Spain, Lithuania, and Canada. The number of companies and countries might change later), interaction with accounting outsourcing companies, auditors, and counterparties
• Accounting and tax accounting in ERP systems, verification of primary documents, transfer of primary documents to the accountants from outsourcing companies
• Reconciliation of accounting data of outsourcing companies with internal accounting data
• Preparation of data for tax reporting
• Participation in the preparation/optimization and submission of internal management reports
• Annual auditing of the companies
• Communication with external audit companies from various countries
• Communication with external counterparties and internal customers (responsible persons of creditors/responsible for expenses)
• Communication with directors/responsible persons of companies from various countries

Requirements:

• English, Russian — Upper-intermediate (B2)+
• Excel — experienced user
• Google Workspace – experienced user
• 3+ years of work experience as an accountant in medium and large companies
• Understanding of accounting and double-entry method
• Understanding of figures in a trial balance, account analysis, and balance sheet
• Ability to work with a large amount of data
• Ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of 1C
• Knowledge of IFRS
