Accounting Manager | Hybrid

Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Makati, Valero Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 am - 2:00 pm PH Hours Work Setup: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end accounting operations for our PH Operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic side of accounting — from financial reporting, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and cash flow forecasting to helping leadership understand the numbers behind business decisions. You will play a key role in ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant, and decision ready . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (CPA) is highly preferred. At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial management roles. Proven experience overseeing accounting operations for a Philippine entity. Strong background in financial reporting, payroll administration, tax compliance, and audit coordination. Solid understanding of Philippine statutory requirements, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance. Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards is an advantage. Experience using accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills. Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
