  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation and analysis and partnering with the Technical Accounting team to resolve complex accounting matters and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Assist with the consolidation of monthly actuals and support the FP&A team with variance analysis, as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships with IT, FP&A, operations, and executive leadership to automate routine processes and deliver accurate, timely insights that support the Annual Plan and forecasting.
  • Lead governance and continuous improvement of D365 reporting and master data, ensuring data accuracy, consistent standards, effective controls, and alignment across Finance and business partners.
  • Evaluate trends, identify root causes and emerging risks, connect accounting outcomes to business drivers, and translate findings into concise insights and recommended actions for Finance and business leaders.
  • Ownership for process mapping, standard work, root-cause analysis, control enhancement, and measurable outcomes such as close cycle time, first-pass quality, recurring issue reduction, rework, and manual effort.
  • Lead stakeholder readiness, training, adoption, and sustained use of new systems, controls, reporting standards, and ways of working; build bench strength through playbooks, cross-training, and succession support.
