Role Summary As an Accounting Specialist, you will manage and oversee essential financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments. Your expertise will help streamline our processes, maintain accuracy in financial reporting, and support informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts. Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner. Process payments, ensuring compliance with agreements. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain cash flow efficiency. Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations for a U.S.-based business. Collaborate with other team members to improve financial workflows and systems. Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience as an Accounting Specialist, Bookkeeper, or similar role. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
