Accounting & Tax Supervisor

About the role We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our organization. This role has a strong tax focus and is responsible for supervising tax operations while ensuring close alignment with accounting and reporting activities. You will provide leadership, technical expertise, and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Key responsibilities: Supervise tax operations including compliance, reporting, audits, and special tax projects Allocate and prioritize tasks within the tax team to ensure timely and accurate delivery Support tax preparation processes and transactional tax matters Ensure strong tax control frameworks and compliance with applicable regulations Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders on tax-related topics Provide guidance on indirect tax, audits, and other tax initiatives Support accounting activities related to tax, including reconciliations and reporting Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive process improvements Lead, support, and develop tax and accounting team members Your profile; Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field Several years of experience in tax and accounting environment Experience in a supervisory or team lead role Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles Experience with tax compliance, audits, and financial reporting Strong analytical and communication skills English level unable you to run written and spoken communication What we offer: Leadership role with strong focus on tax operations Opportunity to influence tax processes and improvements Competitive salary and benefits package Stable employment and professional work environment To oferujemy: Oferujemy dynamiczne i inspirujące, międzynarodowe środowisko pracy, w którym możesz rozwijać swoje umiejętności oraz w pełni wykorzystywać posiadane kompetencje.
