We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Strata team based in Blisworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to build a long term career within finance and accounts.
Working 37.5 hours per week, most team members work 8:00am to 4:30pm. Following a successful training period, there is the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, typically spending two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This is a varied role supporting the day to day running of client and office financial activities, with responsibility for processing transactions, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider accounts function. No previous accounts experience is required as full training will be provided.
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong IT skills and a willingness to learn. In return, you'll join a supportive and collaborative team with genuine opportunities for development, including funded AAT or other finance qualifications and the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.
