💼 Your Mission

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our HQ Accounting & Tax team in Paris, reporting to Jérémie, Head of Controlling, Accounting & Tax, you will join the AP Team.

You will own the Accounts Payable function for France and our Alpine entities (Switzerland, Austria and Czech Republic), working closely with the HQ Finance team and the Finance Manager Alpine to ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous process improvement.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ Your Responsibilities

1. Invoice processing & supplier management

   • Register and process supplier invoices for multiple entities in Payflows

   • Control purchases through the P2P process (three-way match between purchase order, goods receipt and invoice), in coordination with local and HQ teams

   • Be the main point of contact for suppliers and follow up on any invoice to be corrected

2. Payments & reconciliations

   • Manage supplier payments in SAP

   • Justify supplier balances, prepare AP aging reports and track outstanding liabilities

3. Closing & process improvement

   • Contribute actively to month-end closing for France and the Alpine entities

   • Act as a tech-savvy problem solver: improve and automate AP processes and tools

😎 Your Profile

• Degree in accounting or a related field

• Around 3 years of experience in accounts payable, ideally in a multi-entity and international environment

• Solid understanding of accounts payable and good knowledge of general accounting

• Experience with an ERP (SAP preferred) and finance tools; familiarity with Payflows is a plus

• High accuracy, structured working methodology and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Tech and problem-solving oriented, with excellent communication skills towards suppliers and internal teams

• Fluent in French and English; German and/or Czech is a plus
