Accounts Payable Assistant - 12month FTC

Overview 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire Hybrid Working: 3 Days Onsite (Tuesday to Thursday) Join Waters Corporation Waters Corporation is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Wilmslow. Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing Processing Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently Processing fixed asset and intercompany invoices Managing supplier queries and building strong vendor relationships Reconciling supplier statements and supporting account maintenance Updating purchase order records and supporting SAP processes Performing general ledger account analysis Processing weekly supplier payments Supporting Accounts Payable projects and continuous improvement initiatives Assisting with ERP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system testing Producing ad hoc reports and administrative support as required Qualifications What We're Looking For Essential: Previous Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Desirable: German language skills SAP experience Strong Excel skills Knowledge of SAP Ariba Accounting qualifications (or studying towards one) Why Waters?
