About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our client's Administration team supporting a well-established Australian automotive dealership group. This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone with strong accounts payable experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring supplier payments are accurate and completed on time while supporting the wider administration team. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. Process supplier invoices, including matching and coding. Perform supplier statement reconciliations. Prepare and process payment runs accurately and on schedule. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with general administrative tasks and support the administration team as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Liaise professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding account queries. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience. Experience handling end-to-end Accounts Payable functions. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup. Nice to Have Previous experience supporting an Australian business. Experience in the automotive dealership industry. Experience using dealership management systems (Pentana experience is highly regarded but not essential).
