Job Description
- 12-month max-term opportunity to commence as soon as
possible, with hybrid flexibility (2 days WFH per week).
- Melbourne CBD based at 222 Exhibition Street, working within
a collaborative team.
- Build your Accounts Payable expertise supporting a
high-performing finance function within a leading property consultancy.
Who we’re looking for?
- Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable
Environment.
- Proven experience with high-volume invoice processing.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and
attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to manage high
volumes of data accuracy and efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the
ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to
identify issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work
effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with MRI or similar finance systems is
advantageous.
The Role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our
Shared Services team on a 12-month maximum-term contract. Reporting to the Team
Leader, Accounts Payable, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and
timely processing of high-volume invoices while providing support to internal
stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices in accordance with Accounts
Payable procedures.
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and
within agreed timeframes.
- Match, verify and code invoices in accordance with company
policies.
- Respond to and assist with Accounts Payable inbox enquiries.
- Ensure transactions are completed accurately, efficiently
and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain compliance with Knight Frank policies, procedures
and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support ad hoc duties as
required by the Team Leader.
