Responsibilities Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness Process vendor payments in a timely manner Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries Assist in month-end closing procedures Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable processes Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in finance or accounting is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Basic understanding of accounts payable processes Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
