DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Are you organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy finance environment?

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to support the efficient and timely processing of customer invoices and payments. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail matters, alongside providing a responsive and professional service to customers and internal colleagues.

As the Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will:

• Raise invoices and pro forma invoices for fulfilled orders, ensuring they are sent to customers promptly.
• Manage electronic invoicing through customer portals.
• Log and allocate cash receipts accurately in NetSuite.
• Raise marketing invoices accurately and on time.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly, alongside other reasonable duties required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Accounts Receivable Administrator:

• Previous administration experience.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage several tasks concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
• A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience using an ERP system would be an advantage.
