At bioMérieux, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our LATAM Shared Service Center (SSC). In this role, you will support Accounts Receivable operations across multiple countries in the region, ensuring the accurate application of collections, maintaining customer accounts up to date, and contributing to the effectiveness of financial processes within a global leader in in vitro diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and apply customer collections in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely cash application.
• Maintain customer accounts updated and reconciled to support collection activities and accounting processes.
• Execute dunning and collection procedures in accordance with established processes.
• Update and maintain customer credit limits in SAP based on instructions received from local subsidiaries.
• Prepare reports and performance indicators to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to resolve collection and accounts receivable inquiries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and operational excellence.
  
  

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance, or similar roles.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of collections processes, cash application, customer account reconciliation, and general accounting concepts.
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate or Advanced (mandatory), with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively in a professional environment and participate in English-speaking meetings and conversations.
