- Assisting in the production and distribution of accreditation passes across multiple client groups, ensuring all established data handling and approvals processes are strictly adhered to.
- Providing support and guidance (via email, phone and in person) to stakeholders on accreditation processes and use of the accreditation system.
- Assisting with the management of temporary accreditation staff for the Qualifying Competition and The Championships period, including scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Supporting the internal and external clients attending the Qualifying Competition and at The Championships in matters relating to accreditation.
- Performing any other duties as may be required by the Head of Security and/or the Accreditation Manager.

During The Championships
- Supporting the Accreditation perimeter offices (ACPOs) at the Qualifying Competition and The Championships, assisting with any issues during the operational phase of the event.
- Previous experience in a client/customer facing administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation skills, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

- Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Skilled in the use of bespoke systems and an ability to learn quickly.
- Previous experience working at a large-scale sporting event (ideally in accreditation) would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
- Must be available to work all 22 days of The Championships and Qualifying Tournament, with some flexibility in the rare case of additional days due to rain delays.
- This role will be based at the AELTC but offers the opportunity to work from home from time to time.
- Standard year-round working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch, although flexibility is required to meet the demands of the job. In the lead up to, and during The Championships, extended hours and weekend working will be required.
- The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited (AELTC) organises and stages The Championships, Wimbledon, widely regarded as the world’s premier tennis tournament, hosted on the Grounds of one of the world’s most prestigious tennis clubs.
- Following strong growth in recent years, we are committed to building on that success through continued investment in our facilities and people. Our work is underpinned by our core values of Heritage, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.
- The Accreditation Team plays a key role in delivering The Championships, managing access rights for all operational stakeholders, including Players, Press, Broadcasters, and a wide range of contractor groups. The team produces over 28,000 accreditation passes per event and operates three Accreditation perimeter offices during the Championships period. These offices support the Qualifying Competition, manage Player Guest and VIP accreditation, and provide accreditation services for AELTC staff, contractors, the LTA, and Junior Players. The team also works closely with accrediting departments across the organisation, including Broadcast, Press, Player Services, Commercial, the LTA, and Food & Drink at Wimbledon, ensuring seamless access management throughout the event.
