Acquisition Account Manager

We're The Branding People, a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency serving brands across Southeast Asia. As we continue to grow and explore new markets, we're looking for a highly resourceful and street-smart Acquisition Account Manager to help us identify opportunities, build connections, and drive expansion initiatives. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, talking to people, uncovering opportunities others miss, and taking ownership of projects from idea to execution, this role could be your next exciting challenge. What You'll Be Crafting Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies. Engage with stakeholders, partners, and external contacts to gather insights, build relationships, and drive initiatives forward. Evaluate opportunities and present recommendations supported by research and business insights. Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones and objectives are achieved. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify challenges proactively and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward. Your Superpowers Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Resourceful, street-smart, and able to navigate ambiguity to get things done. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects. Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience are welcome to apply. Experience in business development, consulting, project management, account management, strategy, or market research is a plus.
