● Assist in identifying opportunities to capture compelling content during campus events.

● Source and coordinate contracted videographers and production teams, including scheduling, filming logistics, and communication with vendors.

● Collaborate with Live Action’s social media and YouTube teams to identify content opportunities and support filming and production planning.

● Maintain organized program records, track participation, and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.

● Support the daily operations and continued development of Live Action's national Ambassador program.

● Assist with coordinating monthly educational webinars, including guest speaker communication, scheduling, preparation, and event logistics.

● Monitor and respond to Ambassador inquiries, providing timely support, resources, and program information.

● Assist in developing educational materials, learning tracks, quizzes, and other resources for the Ambassador Resource Hub.

● Support Ambassador communications, engagement initiatives, and opportunities for participation in Live Action campaigns.

Requirements:

● Strong alignment with and commitment to Live Action’s pro-life mission.

● Part-time availability (10–20 hours per week).

● Ideally based in the Washington, DC area with the availability for occasional travel.

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

● Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

● Ability to learn and work with CRM systems and digital platforms.
