We are partnering with a premier Australian health insurer to secure a polished, detail-oriented Mid-Level Administrator to support their busy Corporate Secretariat (CoSec) team.
Working alongside a deeply experienced team member, you will play a key operational role during a high-volume period as the organization onboards newly elected Board and Council members across Australia.

- Location: Sydney CBD (2 days in office: Mon–Tue | 1 day WFH: Wed)
- Duration: 3-week initial contract (12 October – 30 October) with potential for extension
- Hours: Part-time | 3 days per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Working alongside a deeply experienced team member, you will play a key operational role during a high-volume period as the organization onboards newly elected Board and Council members across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Coordination: Manage end-to-end interstate travel, accommodation, and logistics for Board and Council members.
- Executive Liaison: Serve as a professional, mature point of contact for high-level stakeholders and Board members.
- Expense Management: Reconcile, process, and file executive travel and administrative expenses accurately.
- Meeting & Logistics Support: Coordinate meeting setups, room bookings, digital meeting clear-downs via MS Teams, and general administration.
- Document Control: Manage routine filing, archiving, and maintenance of departmental records.
- Proven Experience: Mid-level administrative or Team Assistant background with experience managing complex travel arrangements.
- High Maturity & Tact: Confident, articulate communication skills needed to interact smoothly with Board-level executives.
- Impeccable Attention to Detail: High standard of service, precision, and accuracy in data entry and booking management.
- Tech Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating MS Teams.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running from day one.
