We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our newly funded Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways Program in the Wide Bay region. This role will provide critical administrative, project and operational support to a multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused alcohol and other drug services. You will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of a program that strengthens recovery pathways before, during and after residential rehabilitation. About the Role As the Administration Officer , you will provide high-quality administrative, coordination and project support across the Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways Program. Working closely with the Program Clinical Lead and wider team, you will support day-to-day operations, reporting requirements, stakeholder engagement activities, workforce coordination and program documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and contributing to meaningful work that supports individuals, families and communities. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to program staff and stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, stakeholder engagements and team activities. Assist with data entry, reporting, document preparation and program administration. Maintain records, databases, filing systems and confidential information. Support funding, reporting and compliance requirements. Prepare correspondence, presentations and meeting documentation. Assist with procurement, invoice processing and administrative workflows. Support onboarding, workforce administration and coordination activities. Contribute to quality improvement, audit and continuous improvement processes. Respond to enquiries and provide professional customer service. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in administration, project support or office coordination roles. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Experience maintaining confidential information and records. Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Experience within health, community services, human services or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded. Current Australian Driver Licence. Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded but are not essential.
