JOB DESCRIPTION: Administration support in Controlling – 20 hours/week YOUR TASKS Assist with general controlling tasks as a data analyst, data collector, and data administrator Perform monthly updates of reports Prepare analyses for the controlling team and internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, product management and project management department) Collect and consolidate data from internal stakeholders Assist with file management and organization on SharePoint Contribute to ad-hoc projects and management requests Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within controlling department YOUR PROFILE Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
