JOB DESCRIPTION: Administration support in Controlling – 20 hours/week YOUR TASKS Assist with general controlling tasks as a data analyst, data collector, and data administrator Perform monthly updates of reports Prepare analyses for the controlling team and internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D, product management and project management department) Collect and consolidate data from internal stakeholders Assist with file management and organization on SharePoint Contribute to ad-hoc projects and management requests Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within controlling department YOUR PROFILE Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A finance profile would be welcome Ideally, initial relevant work experience through internships or similar roles Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in Excel is a must Ideally, first experience with SAP R/3 and MS SharePoint Advanced communication in English Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, hands-on mentality Pro-active working attitude with focus on continuous improvement WHAT WE OFFER Through a blend of engineering excellence, sustainable development and social responsibility, our employees help to drive progress at more than 100 sites in 30 countries.
