Administrative Accountant (Web2 + Web3) - Remote

We are looking for an Administrative Accountant who is detail-oriented, highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote-first environment. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will support finance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, helping ensure accurate bookkeeping, reporting, reconciliations and financial record-keeping across both traditional and digital asset environments. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Support vendor and other stakeholders onboarding Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies and approval workflows Perform bank, wallet and account reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes Support preparation of management reports and financial statements Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and service providers Maintain supporting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls Assist with multi-currency transactions and crypto-fiat payment operations Support treasury and cash management activities Ensure financial records are complete, accurate and maintained in a timely manner Requirements Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field 6+ years of relevant experience within Web2+Web3 environments (digital assets, cryptocurrency transactions or blockchain-related businesses) Strong knowledge of IFRS and understanding of international accounting standards (GAAP US / Swiss) across multi-entity structures Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals including debits, credits, journals and general ledger accounting Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting practices Hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks or similar systems + Web3 applications for Crypto reconciliations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Comfortable working with digital tools and modern finance technology including AI Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable collaborating with a distributed international team in an asynchronous environment Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Meet and Google Drive Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment Preferred Experience working with multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction business structures Experience supporting audits and compliance processes Professional accounting certifications or ongoing studies (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) are a plus Engagement Details Remote position Long-term independent contractor arrangement CET-GST overlapping timezones preferred What We Offer Be part of a pioneering venture studio at the forefront of DeFi, Web3 and blockchain innovation 100% remote work culture that supports thriving from anywhere in the world Mentorship and growth opportunities within a lean, high-performance finance team Competitive compensation tailored to your experience and impact In order to apply, please submit your CV in English.
