A Day in the Life

Fornece suporte administrativo e operacional à área comercial. Apoio no tratamento do backlog de faturamento. As responsabilidades incluem as seguintes e outras tarefas podem ser atribuídas:

• Processar empenhos e transações de produtos, e acompanhar pedidos
• Registrar a reposição de consignado e o faturamento
• Enviar documentos fiscais ao cliente ou ao portal do cliente, e acompanhar cartas de correção, certidões negativas e cadastros de novos clientes.
• Dar suporte à logística reversa e ao registro de gastos pós-procedimento
• Configurar e manter relatórios de pedidos em aberto e mapa de vendas.
• Apoiar o time comercial na redução do backlog de faturamento
• Realizar desbloqueios por divergência de preços.
• Fazer cobertura pontual de contratos comerciais e de apoio no controle de prestações de serviços de assessoria técnica em férias, sazonalidades ou picos de demanda.
• Reunir, compilar e reportar informações relevantes para a supervisão da área.

• Autonomia: posição de nível de entrada. Executa tarefas administrativas e operacionais bem definidas, que seguem procedimentos padrão e prazos recorrentes de faturamento, sob supervisão.
• Impacto organizacional: contribui para o cumprimento dos resultados diários da área comercial. Atrasos ou erros podem afetar o faturamento e a entrega de pedidos aos clientes.
• Inovação e complexidade: trata problemas rotineiros, com soluções definidas em processo. Escala os casos fora do padrão ao supervisor.
• Comunicação e influência: comunica-se principalmente com as equipes comerciais, de logística, financeiro e fiscal, e com clientes. Obtém e fornece informações com pouca necessidade de interpretação.
• Liderança e gestão de talentos: N/A. O foco é o autodesenvolvimento.
• Conhecimento e experiência necessários: desejável conhecimento básico de rotinas administrativas e de faturamento, de pacote Office e de sistemas como SAP. Não exige experiência prévia extensa. O conhecimento dos sistemas e dos procedimentos é adquirido na função.
