Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our Workplace Experience team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is intrinsically motivated, organized, can uphold confidentiality, and is willing to ask questions.

Should be available during PST/EST hours

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, or similar role
• Experience in filling expense reports
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
