Purpose:

Position Overview:
The Administrative Director manages Federated's daily operations and implements strategic priorities under the direction of the President and Executive Committee. The role combines association administration duties, membership development, statewide outreach, public education, event management and coordination, legislative relationship-building, research, communications, fundraising support, and financial oversight.
