Be the right hand to our executive team—turning ideas into action, keeping projects on track, and helping drive growth at Sage Veterinary Imaging.
Are you the person who loves keeping things organized, making things happen, and checking items off a to-do list? Do you enjoy solving problems, finding creative solutions, and figuring things out before someone has to ask?
We're looking for an Administrative Project Partner to be the administrative hub that keeps Sage Veterinary Imaging's engine moving!
You'll help keep projects on track, pull together business reports, coordinate employee training and development activities, support marketing initiatives, and manage the many moving pieces that keep a growing company running smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is analytical, creative, quick-thinking, and naturally curious. You'll work alongside senior leadership, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, and have opportunities to develop your skills.

What Success Looks Like
You're successful in this role when projects are moving, deadlines aren't slipping, reports are accurate, and the details are handled before someone has to ask.
You're someone who connects the dots, asks thoughtful questions, sees opportunities to improve how things work, and follows through without constant direction.
Most importantly, you bring curiosity, initiative, creativity, and a positive attitude to everything you do.
If you love organizing the chaos, solving problems, and making things happen, we'd love to meet you!
