ABOUT PRIVATE WEALTH & CORPORATE
Helping clients protect wealth and achieve their goals
Our Private Wealth & Corporate team helps individuals, families and businesses manage the complexity of cross-border wealth and corporate structures. We take care of the governance, administration and regulatory obligations that can otherwise consume clients’ time and distract them from protecting their wealth, growing their business and planning for the future.
For clients, this means coordinated support across their structures, clearer oversight and greater control. By providing trusted governance and administration at every stage, we reduce operational burden and risk, giving clients more time and confidence to focus on what matters most to them.

- Build an understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements and apply this knowledge to day-to-day activities.
- Monitor client matters, identify potential issues and escalate risks appropriately in line with Ocorian policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues, sharing information and assisting with ad hoc projects and departmental initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Educated to A-Level or degree standard, with a willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification such as CGI or STEP.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities, work accurately and maintain high-quality standards.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, supported by enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Collaborative team player with a strong interest in developing a career within trust, corporate or private client services.
