Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Admission Counsellor (Direct Sales) / Subject Tutor at OIP Education. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout the admission process, conducting direct sales activities, and fostering growth and self-discovery in students. This is an assignment based role located in Budapest with flexibility of remote work.

Admission counsellor (Direct Sales) / Subject Tutor will be responsible to generate business by getting leads and subsequently converting them as potential candidates.

Some of your responsibilities would be to manage necessary operations such as :

1. Gather and Generate student leads
2. Prepare and execute marketing plan.
3. Generate monthly revenue.
4. Counsel students for desired coaching or admission.
5. Manage social media
6. Visit Schools, colleges, and Universities to generate prospective leads
7. If needed, attend International events in Universities outside Budapest
8. Revenue generation & fund management
9. Provide Subject Tuition (including Language classes) to students

This is a sales position, monetary rewards and risk against non-performance remains high. We follow an Incentive based activity wise compensation plan on back-to-back basis. Tutors will be compensated extra for their tutoring time on an hourly basis. All successful task/activity is paid on a monthly basis and accrued bonus every six months. A detailed compensation plan will be explained during the interview if shortlisted.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Education skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with students
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Communication, or related field
• Teaching Experience will be beneficial but not mandatory.
• Any language Tutoring (IELTS/SAT/German/English/French/Spanish) will be beneficial but not mandatory.
