Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Enterprise-level MarTech architecture and solution design.
- Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP).
- XDM Schemas, Data Modeling, Identity Resolution, and Unified Customer Profiles.
- Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion.
- Audience Segmentation, Activation, and Personalization.
- Customer Journey Orchestration and Real-Time Decisioning.
- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.
- REST APIs, Data Governance, and Enterprise Integrations.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
