Adobe Marketo Consultant

Lead Adobe Marketo Engage and Leadoo solution design and campaign delivery, with visibility to customer executives. You’ll shape lead management, campaign execution and platform governance across a critical customer programme.

The Project

You’ll lead MarTech solutions for a customer programme, working with customer stakeholders and technical delivery teams across Europe and North America. The role covers campaign design, platform integrations and improving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Adobe Marketo Engage and Leadoo solutions.

- Define lead management, scoring, segmentation and nurture strategies.

- Architect integrations between Marketo, CRM platforms, CDPs and other MarTech solutions.

- Improve campaign execution, personalisation and customer engagement.

- Work with business, marketing and technology stakeholders across EU and North America.

- Guide delivery teams on technical decisions and best practice.

- Maintain platform scalability, performance, governance and data quality.

- Support estimation, roadmap planning and continuous improvement.

- Act as the customer-facing technical consultant for Marketo discussions.
