Ads Creative Strategist – Direct Response Meta (Founder Brand, Remote)

About the role

We’re hiring an Ads Creative Strategist to own the creative pipeline for our Meta ads. You’ll work directly with the founder (Raymond, 11 Agency — a Klaviyo retention agency for DTC brands).

What you’ll own

• Brief 5-10 new ad concepts per week (hook, script, format direction) — founder films, you review the cuts and hand off
• Weekly testing framework: which angles, hooks, formats, or wedges to test. Every test has a hypothesis and expected read
• Storyboard direction for each shoot — you tell the founder exactly what to say, how to frame, what CTA to end on
• Read ad data (hook rate, hold rate, CPA by creative, comment sentiment) to inform the next week’s tests
• Own the creative KPIs — hook rate, hold rate, thumb-stop rate, CPA by creative, creative velocity

What you need

• Direct response ad creative experience — you’ve written scripts for paid social that measurably drove CPA or ROAS improvement
• Portfolio with real examples: scripts you wrote, ads that were produced, metrics they hit. Not aesthetic samples
• Testing framework instinct — you structure hook/format/angle tests with clear hypotheses, not vibes
• Comfortable directing a founder (telling him what to say, how to hook, what angle to test)
• KPI-literate on creative-side data — you iterate weekly based on what performed
• Native or near-native English fluency

Bonus (not required)

• DTC or B2B service brand experience
• Understanding of retention marketing / Klaviyo world
• Landing page copywriting or CRO experience
