Job Description:

Job Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a leading Singapore-based service provider known for its professionalism, growth, and strong digital presence.

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Video Editing Executive to lead content strategy and creation, with a strong focus on Chinese-language platforms and audiences.

This is a remote, hands-on role where you will own the content calendar, drive creative production, and help generate quality leads through sharp, engaging, and results-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong in writing persuasive content scripts and generating measurable sales results through content creation
• Plan and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience
• Write engaging Chinese copy for captions, ads, scripts, and storytelling content that is clear, smart, and on-brand
• Create and edit content, including short-form videos, visuals, infographics, and more tailored to each platform
• Post 5+ times per week across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Generate and nurture leads through engaging content and work closely with the sales team to support conversions
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments within 2 working days, and continuously refine strategy based on insights
• Maintain SOPs for content production and performance tracking, and report monthly results (followers, leads, reach, engagement, revenue impact)
• The ability to create content in English is also required
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media and content creation
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, Canva)
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese with a strong sense of tone, clarity, and performance-driven messaging
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and Instagram
• Solid grasp of engagement drivers and how to translate content into leads
• Creative thinker with a structured and organised workflow
• Ability to propose innovative and out-of-the-box social media ideas
