Reels Script Writer & Creative Strategist (Founder Brand, Remote)

About the role

We’re hiring a Reels Script Writer & Creative Strategist to own the short-form video scripts on the founder’s personal Instagram. You’ll work directly with the founder (Raymond, 11 Agency — a Klaviyo retention agency for DTC brands). He films, you own the creative direction, the scripts, and the KPIs.

This is a founder-brand role, not a corporate-brand role. His voice, his face, his POV — you extract it through weekly interviews and package it into Reels that actually get watched.

What you’ll own

• 2-3 short-form video scripts per week for his IG (hook, beats, CTA — you direct him on what to film)
• IG stories, highlights, profile optimization
• Weekly 60-min async interview with the founder to extract raw material (client stories, insights, hot takes) that becomes the week’s content
• Own the organic KPIs — IG engagement, follower quality, watch time, saves, shares, DMs

What you need

• Proven short-form video script instinct — you know hook mechanics, beat structure, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Portfolio with Reels or shorts you’ve written that measurably drove engagement, followers, or leads — not aesthetic posts
• Comfortable directing a founder
• Weekly testing framework — you iterate hook structures, etc. based on what performed, not vibes
• Native or near-native English fluency

• DTC or founder-brand experience
• TikTok/YouTube Shorts fluency in addition to Reels
• Experience translating founder interviews into content
